At The Wolf’s Grooming Lounge,
we value our customers’ time and ask that all customers respect their appointments.
As we have a limited number of booking slots available, appointments that are missed without notice prevent other customers from being able to book and receive our services.
Please note:
- If you are unable to attend your appointment, we kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule as soon as possible.
- If you are running late, please contact us by phone as soon as possible.
- Appointments missed without cancellation or contact will be treated as a no-show.
- Customers who repeatedly fail to attend appointments without notice may be restricted from making future bookings.
- If you no longer require your appointment, please cancel it so that we can offer the slot to another customer.
We understand that genuine emergencies can happen and will always consider these on an individual basis.
